How iDialerX Works
iDialerX allows you to create and manage simultaneous campaigns simply through its web interface. Supports up to 500 concurrent channels.
Different types of QTYPE: PRESSONE, SAYNUMBER & BROADCAST.
Playing an audio + 1 action after pressing DTMF = 1
(Ex: collection: CallCenter transfer operator, a 2nd audio playback, etc..)
Supports up to 20 DTMF. Connecting to MySQL or SQLServer DB
(Ex: entry ID, Validation against DB..)

iDialerX allows to set up to 4 different user levels with different permissions management.
